From the minute I called for my appointment for my Service and tire rotation it was Outstanding. The dealership was very courteous & extremely cautious with covid to secure my vehicle with safety protocol items from a steering wheel cover, seat cover & floor covers prior to entering my vehicle. The shop was Immaculate & the driver lounge was filled with great amenities to relax. My experience was quick and it only took 45 minutes to complete. The Service advisor Kip was Wonderful & asked if I had any concerns & went over everything on my inspection report. I am Extremely satisfied with the service and respect I received at this top notch dealership.

Gilleland Chevrolet is the best dealership in a five state area. The have the best sales staff that will listen to your needs and only show you what your asking for and what they think you need. The service department is overwhelming the best in the northern Unit States. They have the best mechanics to service any vehicle you can drive. Great selection of new and used vehicles that they will stand by each of them. It doesn't get any better than this.

BEST CHEVROLET DEALER IN THE AREA! Every time my car needed to be serviced they got me in that same day and gave me a loaner as well, they were very good to me and only took a day max to fix my car. Other dealers in the area didn’t even answer their phone or get back to me about extended warranty when Gilleland was a one time call. I will be recommending them to everyone about new vehicles and where to get theirs serviced at. I went to other Chevy dealers and was not satisfied at all they were very rude and not helpful. Thank you very much Gilleland!! Also thank you Nate R. in the service department for helping me out!
