I usually get multiple bids for projects on my home, but didn’t this time. I felt like the owner of the company, who came to my home with samples of all his products really sold me on the product and how they are superior to the rest. I had all my basement windows replaced, 3 with middle vents, and the difference is amazing! I had basement contractors out the other day and they even commented on how nice the windows were. We had some hiccups in the beginning of the project as one guy didn’t show up, so they told me they may not finish cause they were short staffed. He ended up coming later so they finished up in one day. Overall I’m happy with the work.

Chris, Jake and Connor came by to replace our horribly rusted coal chute with a vented glass block window. This situation was a bit of an undertaking with the surrounding rubble foundation really falling apart. They handled the job in 2 hours and couldn't be more happy with this outcome and replacing that eyesore hole in our wall.
Had some leaking from one of our glass block windows. Had a Tuckpointer do some work, but still leaked. Called Glass block to come do a service call on the window and waterproofing. Took them a month to make the visit. The gentleman who came said his ladder didn’t reach that high after looking and then he left with no follow up. Before making the appointment, the owner came out to look at the window from the ground, so he knew it was a second floor window. It’s like they didn’t want the business or to try and help. Terrible customer service and all around lack of interest and care.

Ron, Steve and the team were great through the entire process from education, scheduling and installation. They also helped me out by putting them in within a week of my initial inquire. Highly recommend.
