I had the Best customer service experience ever! Rick Rogers was the most patient and reliable salesman that I had ever encountered. He took the time to show me a wide variety of inventory as I did not know exactly what I was looking for when I first went into the dealership. I have been a jeep owner for over 20 years and usually visit another dealership but in doing research discovered this one and because of the ratings decided to give them a try. So glad that I did! Brian in finance was wonderful to work with as well. Rick even showed my husband a lot of the cool features of our new vehicle after inviting us back after the purchase. He definitely goes the extra mile and is a gem! Glendale is definitely our new jeep home!

Let's start this review with the fact that a dealership is only as good as it's people. Glendale Jeep should be very happy that Chris Kuhn is a member of the team. Chris ran into me on the floor and after a short conversation he took me directly to what I was looking for. Chris's approach is real, direct to the point, and no sales person \fakeness\ BS. Chris walked me through purchasing process with no gimmicks or trying to push on things I did not want. I wish car buying was always this stress free and easy. If you are going to buy a car/Jeep make sure you ask for Chris when you walk in the door! Sincerely, George P.S. I was in an absolute Jam as there was a faulty door sensor on my charger preventing me from driving! I called Glendale and without hesitation they told me to drop it by, found an open appointment and got me in. Drop off was easy and organized with all COVID protocols in place. Reis was a great service advisor and took care of the replacement on time as promised and with no issues. I think my favorite feature is the text option for status updates, saves a call during a busy workday. For my first service visit on my new car, I would call it a success. Much appreciated.
