If your a massive fan of bmws then this is the best place to go to but it is in Austra just saying

ABSOLUTELY WORST BMW MINI EXPERIENCE. DO NOT take your car here at all costs! My girlfriend and i went here with our R56 Mini Cooper and asked them to perform a service and provide a Mini tyre mobility kit. We went there a week in advance of the service to order the mini branded tyre mobility kit. We dropped the car off at 10am and handed over the keys when they said it would take a couple of hours. At 13:00pm we called to ask the progress of the car and they responded by saying that they didn't know. At 15:00pm they called wanting to do more work to the car that was completely unnecessary as it had a full mechanical check just a week before. Only at 16:00 did they finally get back to us saying the car would be done at 16:30. After arriving at the dealer on time we were told that the car was being washed and only one hour later were we handed the keys. We were then told the printers did not work so we got no receipt and were asked to leave as the garage was closing. Upon returning home we found that the tyre mobility kit was entirely different to the one ordered, the aerial was missing and 2 things that were asked to be fixed were in fact not fixed. This meant we had to cancel plans the next morning to go back into the dealer to get things sorted. When we entered the dealer and queried the kit they first attempted to tell us that it didn't exist, then said it did exist but in a different form. This argument resulted in us concluding that they in fact didn't order in the kit at all. We also said we didn't enjoy being pushed out the door and that the bits we asked to be fixed were not fixed. In response to our problems THE MANAGER LAUGHED IN OUR FACE. In addition we found on the receipt that they only worked on the car for one hour! after having the car for the whole day! Absolutely shameful service from a premium car manufacturer. Neither I or my family will ever go back there. if you know what's good for you do not take your car to this dealership.

Update Nach Gespräch mit dem Serviceberater wurde die ganze Sache behoben bzw der Spoiler entfernt und der Heckdeckel neu lackiert Habe Anfang des Monats Performance Teile für nen M3 montieren lassen Front Flaps war alles in Ordnung nachdem wir die Heckklappe neu lackiert hatten wurde der Spoiler geklebt leider mangelhaft auf der unteren Seite zu viel Kleber verwendet den es rausgedrückt hat. Der Servicebetreuer hat selber gesagt das es eig zu schade ist bei so einem Auto so schlecht geklebt . Übergeben wurde es am Ende trotzdem so hätte mir mehr erwartet

Autokauf verlief gut, war aber klar, da wir ganz genau wussten was wir wollen. Ankauf des \alten\ KFZ verlief nicht so prickelnd. Verkäufer redete mehr, als im Endeffekt geschehen ist .... erst nach Urgenz und weniger freundlicher Reaktion meinerseits wurde es erledigt. Preis war lächerlich, leider hatten wir keinen Abstellplatz um es privat zu verkaufen. Würde ich keinenfalls wieder über dieses Unternehmen machen! Alles in allem ein bitterer Nachgeschmack .....
