Great club. Customers leave a lot to be desired with not following social distancing and not wearing masks like they are supposed to. Credit to the staff, they regularly are going on the loudspeaker to scold everyone for not wearing masks properly. Bartender is a lot of fun and chatty. Food is heavy enough to make a meal with. Build your own ramen bowls deserve 6 stars if that was an option.

Great Sky Club. Lots of room and not very crowded. I was able to easily find a seat. The staff was very friendly and the breakfast buffet was quite large and of good quality. Korean pancakes were delicious.

What a quiet place to spend some time. The food choices were plentiful as well as the beverages. Staff is welcoming and friendly, especially the 2 black females in Atlanta on Friday the 5th of February around 6pm. I did not get their names but their performance was memorable. They checked us in as if we were long lost family.

Check in was unpleasant, as the had the ill-informed host who wasn't aware of rules and not very friendly...I guess it is Minnesota with the curmudgeon as the host and sensing there's some underlying bias, as I see it now living in Texas. On the positive note the bartender, Bonnie makes the best Bloody Mary's that rival even the best in the nation, spicy and strong. The other staff was the most pleasant and welcoming. Delta prides itself in customer service, and one would think they would have the host as the first point of contact be best in class, and am surprised they wouldn't have someone that prides herself on Delta's principle of premiere customer service or at a minimum common curtesy.

Good as usual. Friendly staff. Free well drinks, beer and wine. Snacks of small sandwiches , cheese its, fruit and cheese. Coffee, tea, and soda were also available. You can gain access as a Gold member or higher. Access is also allowed if you are a AMEX Platinum card holder or pay a 39 fee for a one time pass. Worth it if you want to drink and not pay airport prices.
