I recently bought a 2017 Ford Focus RS from Demitri. The entire process took less time than it took me to drive to the showroom. I wasn't blown away by the price that I got on the car, but I felt it was a fair transaction for both parties and I really trusted the team, which is why I decided to use these guys even though I could have bought the same car elsewhere for a little bit less. My salesman, Demitri, and the Financing rep J.D. were both awesome and I would totally work with them again. Not the best pricing ever, but the service is excellent and worth paying just a little bit more.

Paid some 6900 cash for a 2004 GMC Canyon. Was told the vehicle was gone over by the service department replacing and repairing several matters and the truck had passed inspection and was in excellent condition; the initial test drive went well. Once the transaction was completed I was given two keys. Neither fob worked and only one key would manually open the door. When I asked about addressing the key issue I was told I that the manger said everything is 'AS IS' concerning the purchase. The salesmen said I should come back next week and someone could cut a new key. I told the salesman that it's a 100 mile round trip for me to come back to the dealership. Seems they could have just paid a few dollars and had the key re-cut; but they were unwilling to do this!. The final matter is less then 15 miles down I 70, the power steering went completely out! The sudden lost of power steering endangered my safety and that of my 3 year old grandson (I had picked up). Ended up towing the vehicle. I had to pay over 700 to repair the power steering issue. I am extremely concerned what other issues may be lurking in the vehicle! I know what sold as \AS IS\ means; but I also know what real \INTEGRITY\ means as well. I have a extremely large following on social media - and believe me I'll be warning others! BUYERS BE CAREFUL! Truly disappointed!

KIP IS A WONDERFUL SALESMAN! VERY KIND RESPECTFUL AND COURTEOUS. IF IT WERE NOT FOR HIM, I WOULD NOT COME BACK TO FINISH MY PURCHASE BECAUSE THE LITTLE BITTY GUY WAS VERY RUDE AND SPOKE WITH ME LIKE I WAS A CRIMIAL OR A CHILD WHEN I HANDED HIM MY APPROVAL CERTIFICATE.

I had never bought a vehicle from a dealership before and was becoming increasingly overwhelmed by the options and the pressure. Before going to Bommarito, I went to a couple of other dealerships who made me feel really uneasy with their sales tactics. One in particular agreed with me on a price, only to rescind it right as we started the paperwork. I was starting to think I couldn't trust anyone. Then I was referred to Bommarito by a family member. I worked with Kevin and Demitri and both were knowledgeable and didn't make me feel rushed. They were patient with my schedule and let me come in and test drive the car I ended up buying twice. I never felt the same pressure I did at the other dealerships, and I am really grateful for that. Thanks for making my first car buying experience a positive one.
