This company was great at taking my parents money 3 years ago and now my dad has passed away. Still isn't resolved and they do not even have the decency to return phone messages or emails that have been multiple. All I was asking for was an update of any information. Meanwhile my mother has to continue to pay for maintenance fees on a time share she can't use because it is locked up with secondary ownership

My husband and I used Secondary Ownership Group to sell our time share in Florida. We were tired of all the fees and getting little time to visit the timeshare so we wanted to sell. The service that was provided was excellent. The communication and professionalism of this company exceeded our expectations. They responded to us immediately when we reached out and answered all of our questions. I would highly recommend!

I purchased my program in Florida back in 2009 for my family. While it was great when the kids were small, as they got older they felt less inclined to go once they were grown I had tried to pass it on through the family, but to no avail they weren't really interested so I sought out a means to sell it. Which is when I found Secondary Ownership Group through an Internet search. I filled out their contact form online and was promptly contacted by a lovely sounding lady by the name of Veronica. She proceeded to go through the ins and outs of of selling my Florida timeshare on the resale market. It took a few months to sell it, but I was updated on the progress whenever I requested (I can be pretty pushy at times! Lol). I even called at one point to update them, of a phone number change as I figured it was the smart thing to do since they were selling a piece I had invested in. After a few months, my timeshare was finally sold and I am grateful that I no longer have to worry about the Maintenance Fees anymore. To the induvidual who made the purchase: I hope you get as much enjoyment out of the place as my family and I did.

We were simply amazed at how helpful our secondary ownership representative helped us through this enormous task. We received great advise and they were there to help us through any of the computer complexities we did not understand. Our rep. Kari was so friendly and pleasant every time we needed anything from her. She even did some investigating for us when it was needed. Good morning, I had a timeshare at Royal Holiday club and it was lovely, however, I wanted to sell it (for personal reasons, nothing to do with the resort) so I found Secondary Ownership Group. I didn't want to put my membership on the market for resale but rather was interested in their timeshare exit program they offered. I am very happy with your service, the team explained the service in writing clearly. The timelines were generally met and I was kept informed along the process.
