I wasn’t a patient but a guest of one and the reception and people you meet in the first five minutes are rude. they either woke up cranky and brought it to work or are just naturally unpleasant. they don’t have a system in place to where things go accordingly, they just do things how they feel at the time. good luck to those who go there !

Nope Nope

Staff here are caring and the way everything is organized is amazing, it’s not an annoying long wait, they have everyone in rotation and doing their jobs diligently. It’s a clean facility and are up to code with everything. The thing that made me feel the most uncomfortable was of course the protestors BUT the staff had their security handle it and they are now gone and a lot of them went to jail. Don’t be scared to come here if you see a couple people out there, they aren’t allowed on the property and security does a good job of keeping staff and patients safe.

Never AGAIN ! I scheduled my appointment last Monday for 9am today. It is now 2pm and almost everyone that came in after me is finished and I am still sitting here waiting ! The doctor is HORRIBLE she performed my last procedure and they made me go last last time and she rushed the medicine didn’t even work because she couldn’t find my vain and just was rushing to get the procedure done because they were about to close ! If they had not already started everything I would leave !!! Update - one hour later they now are saying they don’t know what’s going on with my chart speaking very rude to me. I am asking for updates as to what happens if I leave no one will give me answers.

The staff made me feel very comfortable, was extremely proficient in providing knowledge and answering questions while remaining unbiased. I had a horrible traumatizing experience at The very unprofessional Eastland Women’s Clinic and was so beyond greatful for the staff at Northland. I feel confident and educated in my decision and I feel like I had the best possible abortion care at northland. Always do you’re research but take it from someone who has had quite the obstacles in terminating this pregnancy, AND GO TO NORTHLAND!
