I wish I could give this place 0 stars. The girl that works there is rude and doesn’t seem to care about the patient when I called to get more information on the phone. I called yesterday on 8/18/2020 during normal business hours. She was rushing me off the phone and wasn’t pleasant or comforting. I called last week and the lady on the phone was so sweet and answered all of my questions and I called yesterday because I had more questions and still was making my decision and she was so rude. It’s like she wanted me to terminate and didn’t even give any reassurance that it’s my choice. I decided to call a different clinic because If she’s already that rude on the phone, I can’t even imagine how she is in person. If one person on the staff is rude, it ruins it for the rest. Maybe hire nicer people.

The women answering this phone doesnt belong in this line of business u dont know people lifes amd why they are choosing this route and u are no one to judge i would never call this place this women is cold hearted and does nothing but run other places down
I did not visit Womancare of Macomb because the woman on the phone was very cold. When I called back to cancel my appointment they unprofessionally bashed other clinics. I don't know their level of care but their professionalism about such a delicate subject is beyond lacking.
The staff was very nice and compassionate. The Dr. was kind and professional. This clinic is NOT gross as I am seeing on previous posts. The office was clean and I felt very comfortable (all things considered). I have recommended WomanCare and Women's Centers to all my lady friends.
The clinic has A Dr who is kind. But clinic should not allow children in lobby. Plus this clinic does NOT offer counseling for termination procedure. Birth control available. But know going in that this clinic is overwhelmed in it's patient load. They do not have a lot of time for individual attention.. medical procedure only so if you are terminating.. please have solid support system. Someone able to advocate for you as your emotional health is not the priority
