My family and friends have used amazing occasions for years! This year with the kids at home more often than not they have provided some much needed respite for many parents! Always very flexible extending hire time if required and very reasonably priced. I only wish I had a bigger back garden!

Brilliant! Due to lacking space at the moment I hired a 3m x 3m marquee so I had a place to eat Christmas dinner with my family. Lads arrived as arranged, polite and quick to work, marquee was up in 20 minutes. Strong, sturdy, pinned down and weighted down with water containers it didnt move at all during some wind and rain I had on Boxing Day evening. Supplied with lights and suitable heaters it was warm enough that I set up my projector inside and used one of the side panel as a screen. Definitely recommend and will use Amazing Occasions again.

Great superhero castle and combo slide kids enjoyed however my partner had to call and find out when it was arriving and had a rude reception over the phone As I was at work and company had both our phones and castle was put up quick however clothing was found on the castle leading me to believe that it was not cleaned before coming to my property which I’m sure breaks COVID-19 sanitising rules so I cleaned the castle myself and then when collecting was a hour late pitch black dark and on leaving the men forcing it through my kitchen ripped off kitchen cupboard and said “sorry mate” . Accent was difficult . Sent photos and emails and made calls no response yet. Will keep writing reviews and sending emails until some compensation or refund is received. An okay start but sad to finish that way!

Avoid at all costs! I booked to hire soft play for my sons 1st birthday in October. When the government guidelines came in regarding no more than 6 people to meet, the hall cancelled my booking. I therefore cancelled the soft play as I no longer required it, this was a month before his actual birthday! I have sent numerous emails and tried to contact via Facebook and every time I am just fobbed off with another excuse! It seems they have decided to keep my money! Avoid avoid avoid!!!

The product and delivery team were great. However, the bouncy castle stopped working and I had hired it overnight. It was gone 9pm and didn't feel it appropriate to call as we were hoping we could get the castle to work again. When I messaged in the morning, I said that the castle had stopped working and could I just be refunded the 30.00 overnight fee. The guys collecting said I would be contacted regarding a refund. Still waiting for the call. Such a shame to end on a negative experience with a company after such a positive start.
