Affordable and very close to the uni. Maintenance is quick and reliable as well
One of my house mates accidentally switched off one of the freezer before we left for Xmas , annoyingly causing all our food to go off when we came back. The landlord was so understanding with the issue and even gave us some money to help us with our food shop the next week!
