I am not one for leaving reviews but I like these guys and had a good experience with them so I feel like they should get a good review. I had been looking for a particular rifle for a while. I was also looking for a particular pistol. I had been to a dozen stores and was just making the rounds so to speak when I came across this place. They had the rifle I had been looking for so I bought it and they took my name for a waiting list on the pistol. I have been on a couple of \lists \ for both of these firearms but never had a call back. And a lot of places won't take a list. Bill called me a week later and told me the pistols had come in and reserved one for me. So it worked out well for me, and I found their pricing to be good also. I know the pistol sells elsewhere for 50-150 more. I would definitely go back in the future.

After emailing Collectors Gallery for a inquiry on some firearms, the response was quick. Great staff, and great business. I was greeted at the Door with respect and the employees were very professional. After reading some of the reviews, I was for sure waiting and expecting rude customer service. But to my surprise the reviews were false on my experience in Collectors Galley. They were very polite and helped me get what my budget could afford. I highly recommend this place. Thank you Collectors Gallery and enjoy your holidays.

Got a nice Browning shotgun at a great price. Sure, the owner wasn't warm and fuzzy but he was professional. The assistant was a great guy and super helpful. Good experience and I'd go back...

Was met at the door with “what do you want?” I had looked up gun store on google and Collectors popped up . He said only doing by appt . I sd doesn’t do me any good since I’m from out of town , I had a mask on and left . He was so rude I went back without my mask and stepped in front door 10 ft from anyone . Yellow/whitish hair man rushes towards me and tells me to get out . I told them they were one of the keyboard warriors talking about “I will not comply” that from their sign about needing an appt they were going a step further towards helping the govt to shut them down by needing an appt . I also stated they were toe stepping to Hitler by their own actions . He yelled at me to get out . I did leave . I told them I would be sure to share this experience on social media and they said go ahead . These 2 men were some of the rudest North Eastern ppl I’ve met . I really think they must be either neighbors or best friends with AG Maura Healy or Gov Charlie Baker because they certainly do not want customers to come in or even drop by . I wish I could leave a -1 review because 1 is still a positive number and these two jokers were less than positive.
