Another excellent visit to Chapman's today for my annual eye exam. As ever, the service was friendly, informative and top notch. The CoVid safety precautions are really impressive and I felt very confident that Sam, Mike and Sandra were taking good care of us all. Picked out my new specs from their lovely collection. Mike was so helpful whilst I made my choice and set up a good price deal for the new lenses/frames. I'm looking forward to showing the new frames off soon!

Having spent all of my adult life getting my glasses from either of the 'big two' high street chain opticians, I decided it was high time to support local business, and see if the experience was better, by booking my eye test, the first for quite some time, at Chapman Opticians in Stourport. Well, I'm glad I did. The personal and friendly service where you are treated as a person rather than a walking credit card, plus the fact that the cost of new frames and lenses was certainly no more and possibly a little less than previously experienced, confirmed I'd done the right thing. Thanks to the staff at Stourport for making sure I will be back to you next time!

Excellent opticians. They are very professional and friendly. I was very worried about my vision in an eye which had previously had a detatched macula. They carried out scans, tests etc. and have found I need some treatment which isn't serious. I was so relieved and they were very reassuring. If you are concerned about your eyesight this is the place to go. Very covid compliant so feel safe when in there. I highly recommend. Thanks to all concerned I will be back.
