COWBOYS - YOU GET WHAT YOU PAY FOR! Promised a service in a warm friendly sales patter (don't be fooled, it becomes super aggressive later). We were promised a flat canopy, instead we got a tent which was poorly secured and hit our guests. We were also promised various other things but \the van broke down\ and therefore Exotic Marquees were unable to execute. Don't believe that they will deliver what they said despite how convincing they sound.

Interesting how Mary Gregory - the owner - rates this business. This is a facade. Their marquees are really really poor quality and they sell you a service which they cant deliver. I commissioned Mary and her colleague Adam to put up a marquee and a sunshade for my wedding - to which on the day they couldnt provide flooring for the marquee , and the sunshade was hitting the bride and grooms heads as they walked in! Deeply unsatisfactory and we were very unhappy by their behaviour and execution. Do not use this company if you value your sanity on on of the most important days of your life - and do not be mis-sold on the service they promise to provide!
