One of their drivers was supposed to deliver oil today but didn't even stop the truck and kept going. I later got an email saying they couldn't get in my driveway which was 100% false. They still have my money and won't say when they'll be back to deliver. I get that we had bad weather and you're probably backed up, but this is no way to treat your customers.

I have been dealing with Stiff Oil since 2004. Customer Service is excellent. Renee is Wonderful and a great person to talk to. She notifies me when the price of oil is lower and make sure delivery is on time. Everyone there are friendly and courteous. I recommend Stiff Oil to everyone I know.
