My experience with Dr. Garima has indeed been a very unique one. After trying out various remedies like homeopathy, allopathy, Tibetian and even Ayurveda in the past, this is the first time I experienced something which in a major way helped in altering the way I looked at food especially. And yes of course, ‘many aspects of life too. It’s been a holistic experience. My relationship with food has changed dramatically. I’ve always been a huge foodie, and when my stomach issues started last year, I realised there was something I needed to change. I’ve always struggled to keep up with a diet, but with Dr Garima I realised it was more of a lifestyle change. I wouldn’t say my health issues are 100% cured, as it’s been about 3-1/2 months. But I know I’m getting there. And that’s what matters. Patience pays as does the inner transformational journey. I’ve always been spiritually inclined and I’m glad to say a lot of things that Dr. Garima told me resonated with me and I was able to put it to practise. We all go and meet doctors but what finally matters is how much we work on ourselves. The doctor can only show you the way. The final journey is ours. Thank you Dr. Garima for your patience and prompt responses each time. I’m glad our paths crossed. May you continue to heal selflessly.
