Temple Sinai is a beautiful Jewish Temple that gives great information pertaining to Judaism while at the same time telling the history of the Jewish Community in the city of Sumter, SC. Though my wife and I are Baptist, the tour guides were very welcoming of us. After we completed a mostly self-guided tour of the museum one of the tour guides took us to the sanctuary and showed us the scrolls containing the Torah and explained to us the meaning of each of the stained-glass windows. This was a great experience and it was very informative.
