I signed up for personal training after a back injury. I had agreed to sign up with the understanding that I had to have clearance from my doctor before I could start. Covid happened, everyone closed with reopening they started charging me. I went in and spoke to Tyler one time, Steven another, Lizzy and another gal on the phone. They were all helpful but never do what they say. I am still not cleared and am unable to go back. I signed a contract though and knew I needed to fulfill it, even if they were not holding g up to the agreement. After the 4 months was up I called and asked for them to stop charging me for personal training. That was the beginning of November. Many calls with promise to return calls, stop the charges, and here we are in February, and they are still charging me for a service I cannot use. I am transferring the sessions to my son, who is still waiting for a call that was supposed to happen last Monday. The manager will not get on the phone so these poor kids ha e to play middle man. It's ridiculous. The gym itself is great! Clean and the people are nice. I just would recommend not signing up for anything extra as it will NEVER stop even with multiple requests. Go to this gym, just don't do extra.

Pretty nice and spacious.. Didn't think many people would be playing basketball in here since it's only half court.. But the evidence is apparent since these floor look terrible with ware.. As if no one cleans it after
It was my first time there so I had a tour. The movie room was cool, as was the hydro massage. I did not bring a bathing suit to try out the jacuzzi but I liked the amenities. I'm going back for the open house to see about joining at the black (highest) membership. It's in Surprise and I live in Wickenburg, but it could be worth the trip to be fit.
Good clean facility with good equipment. Pleasant helpful staff. Shortcomings: not enough personal effects combo lockers, 15 for 250 users. Too many members are busy exercising their thumbs on cell phones while using equipment.
Looks great so far! Cant wait to start using all that equipment.
