Useless! We rent a garage from this outfit. The roof was damaged by kids running on it in June 2020 and we are still waiting for the roof to be repaired. No on takes responsibility. No one calls back and they wont put you through to a manager. Still taking full rent for a useless garage though. Have had several dates for repairs to be done but no one has been out to carry out the repairs. We are at our wits end.

NEGLIGENCE: After three weeks of complaining and countless no shows from the \sub contractors\ I still have a melted (not working) fire alarm stuck to my kitchen celling. Being told by Martin that they will defiantly show up. Need to check the meaning of the word your using , i think you mean NEVER . appointment booked for today between 8am -1pm (unpaid day off from work) told that now at 1:59pm I should wait in for them because they had an \emergency\ now I shall sit in until 5pm for them to not show up three times in a row.

They do not know what they are doing. Keep getting fobbed off. Sheltered accommodation Clarence Road, West Street and Thomas Wall Close have had no porch lights for the last 6 to 8 weeks. Now having to use a torch at night to unlock front door

I purchased a property that SHP was the lease holder of. I had to contact them a few times the billing people were actually quite efficient and helpful everyone else I spoke to was less helpful and I’d agree with the other comments quite rude. I had issues with the local parking management company but rather than listen to my complaint I was just out and out called liar. I think the fact that no one from SHP has bothered to respond to feedback on google is testimony how little they care about people that HAVE to use the service. With no market competition it’s easy to be complicit in the encouragement of poor standards as there is no where else for consumer to go if they want to live in one of the managed sites. Maybe a focus on relationships with tennants and home owners might be a better outcome for all. Also holding suppliers to account would be a smart move it’s our service charges that pay for them we can see bad work when it happens as it’s on our doorstep maybe an open mind to issues rather than a default bottom covering would be a better strategy for success.
