I Recently change my car at Grange Jaguar in Swindon. This is my second car from the branch and although we have the C-19 to worry us all I found the staff still 100% polite, helpful & informative. The branch was super Covid friendly from the markings on the floors, safety stations to ensure all was clean & safe while also making me, the customer, feel totally relaxed while choosing my replacement car. From start to picking up my car the salesman Rob Spring was superb at keeping me up to speed with procedures, finally finishing my pick up with the branch boss Yvonne coming out to congratulate me on my new purchase and to wish me happy motoring. Thank you One and All at Grange Swindon.

My car needed an investigation for scary warning lights and was booked in easily and efficiently. On arrival their drive through entry was with a Covid safety process applied. A few hours later the car was fixed and all was well. Friendly and efficient staff made this all work well.

I wanted to share my recent experience at Grange Jaguar in Swindon. My Sales Executive was Steve Dann, who provided an exemplary service from start to finish. I arrived at Grange Jaguar following a visit to the carshop and the service I received from one to the other was like night and day. No pushy sales tactics or unneccesary 'extras' being shoved in my face. I had a couple of minor aftersales issues that Steve dealt with quickly and efficienctly, going above and beyond what I could of expected. He is a real asset to Jaguar Swindon and I will definitely be looking to return to see him in a few years time for my next car.
