Nice staff and really comfortable trains, but delayed for 2:30 hours because of some accident. Almost missed my flight and got so stressed out...

Charged 3 times for the same trip (Castle Cary to London) Staff in the train seemed delighted to benefit from a genius mistake. I was certain I booked for Tuesday but my ticket had Monday on it. Next time, I will use my car next trip.

No catering on the Exeter to Reading train due to a fault yet 1st class is unaffected and I am told I have to upgrade to avail it. I should have driven. Not recommended...

We took a GWR train from Paddington to Cardiff during the 2018 Christmas holiday. We had a great time with the 1st Class tickets. However, we were a little disappointed we weren't able to see the Queen Victoria's reception room in the Paddington Station. Eventhough we had to take a bus for some of the leg of the journey due to the rail upgrade it was a smooth transition.
