This company in my opinion needs to review what their business is. I sent in a DJI Inspire 1 Pro for repair and a tune-up for the 2017 season. I didn't even hear from them after my UAS arrived. I had to call. I had to leave messages on voicemail and that took two attempts. After I yelled a bit I started getting some action towards a repair. They sent back my UAS with the repair \mostly\ fixed. The serious part of the \jello\ I was experiencing was reduced but not fixed. It flew my craft and found a big vibration when the landing gear was up which I'm sure is why the jello in the first place. I myself determined that the M4 motor was bad and that a toe in adjustment needed to be made. I further went to see about my tune-up. I had loose screws in several places which tell me they never even checked out my Inspire. They updated firmware which I appreciate and put new dampers on my gimbal mount. Now the last time I heard from them was 6 days ago and their comment was \that is funny\. Not really.... They said they would get back to me after they talked with their techs. To sum it up. These guys need to better service its business customers and their equipment. They are obviously lacking in experience. Is this an isolated experience? Perhaps but my intuition says no. In the future I will send my equipment to the factory. They speak crappy English but they fix my equipment and the do it quickly. ONE STAR for these guys..... Update May18th, 2017 It has been a month and Unmanned Systems and Solutions has never followed up. I just sent my UAS to DroneNerds and there service and communications are stellar compared to this company.
