Squeezed us into a very busy week when our dishwasher broke. Professional, polite and respectful with Covid precautions. Great job, done quickly and a nice bloke too. Great job thank you. Booked me in at the earliest time available. phoned on the day to give a precise time. Was polite and professional. Got on with the job and explained what had happened and what they had done. Fixed the dishwasher for a good price and even sorted out the annoying sliding drawer that's been bothering me for 2 years and I've not got around to sorting! Highly recommended!
Mark was courteous and friendly, talked me through the likely cause of the fault and how to prevent it happening in the future and got the dishwasher working again. He even sorted out the alignment of the surrounding cupboard doors and kickboard. Would have no qualms in recommending him to family and friends.
I phone the guy at teesvalley appliance repair and explained what was up with my washing machine he knew straight away what was wrong with it. He said it needed a new pump and asked me what make and model it was. What I liked about this company was they didn't didn't try to over charge me with a call out fee. I got the price of the part and for them to fit it and it was an excellent price. I'll definitely be using them again
Contacted this guy and he came the very next day.We have a integrated smeg washing machine that stopped spinning. He sussed the problem within minutes and he replaced the parts just as quick. Absolutely over the moon with the service AND saved us an absolute fortune. Would recommend this guy (Mark) all day long and will definitely use him again. Great job!!
