If I could give a zero score I would have. Twice I've met with this company. The first time I wasn't immediately ready but no follow up. Not their problem. The second time I reached out to them, had a meeting to start the process, called a few days later to get the ball rolling and had to leave a message. I've heard nothing from them. Even after I'd agreed to spend a very large amount of money to be rid of my time share. Excruciatingly poor customer service for a great deal of money. Now I see another name at their address Timeshare Termination team...doesn't look like a name change but, sadly, they are stained by their proximity. No way I'm trying these folks again.
