Pets at home cheltenham sent my dear cat pixie here to be cremated in September 2020 ..I have to say cpc .pixie s casket was beautiful x I also loved the extra touches of her fur in a little jar and ink footprints x thankyou so much x

My rat Finley has finally returned to me today. His casket is beautiful. My only issues were his delivery - we called yesterday to check if he was still at the crematorium and they couldn't confirm, but said he 'might' already be in transit (I wasn't even aware he was being sent via courier but I blame that on my vets not the crematorium). This lack of certainty made me very anxious yesterday, and it wasn't until we called this morning they could confirm that he was on his way. Overall, I'm just glad he is back home with us. The casket and plaque is beautiful and delivery was quick once they could confirm when he had been dispatched. Thank you very much.
If I could give this minus I would,lost my beloved dog today and instead of grieving I spent all day on the phone to try and sort out my little one cremation, I sent messages emailed and phone must be 100 times nothing back from them. I have had to sort out our own cremation for little one, miles from where we live but she's worth it. Utter rubbish,
Unfortunately we were devastated all over again. Our poor Miss Drizzle was eventually returned to us when she arrived some of her ashes were loose in the bottom of the box on closer inspection not one but two of the cask screws had not been tightened hence some of the ashes had fallen out!. Also her name plate was wrong. CPC refunded and sent out correct name plate but unfortunately this does not make up for the upset upon opening the delivery box.
C.P.C looked after my beautiful maddison when she safely passed away the lady I spoke to was lovely ,she did warn me that due to covid things are taking a little longer Maddison came home today in a beautiful casket with her name on the top ,c.p.c also sent a condolences card which was a very lovely touch.Thank you c.p.c
