I’ve been training here for nearly 3 years now and I love it. Owen runs a through kickboxing program as well as teaching Brazilian Jiu Jitsu the Next Generation way. Paul and Laura give great advice and insight, particularly from a Sanda point of view. The members are great craic, great to train with, and always looking to help beginners as much as they can. If you’re interested in martial arts, whether you’re a beginner or experienced, this is the number one place I would recommend.

Been training her about 18 mints now. It's a really friendly relaxed environment and I'm learning loads. Been competing at novice level for over a year and I'm getting fantastic support from all of my coaches. Come give it a try.
The Martial Arts Academy offers a fun, safe and highly professional martial arts learning experience. Our son has been attending for several years now, and absolutely loves it. It not only teaches him fighting / self defense, but also discipline, dedication and goal attainment.
Very friendly, funny coaches and members who want to help you learn. I, being a Kickboxing and BJJ beginner, have learned very quickly with the help of coaches and other students. With a wide range of classes, nice people, and cheap membership, I have a feeling I'll be here for a long time.
Paul continues to be an amazing coach. For the past decade he has taught Kung Fu to my children and hundreds of other young people. He is an Inspirational and a natural leader with a passion for martial arts and training.
Highly recommend. Fun mixed with the discipline of martial arts. Great focus for teenagers. Professional and caring teacher. Great new premise too.
My son has been training with Paul for the last 9 years and I can honestly say his experience has been amazing. Paul provides a fun and friendly environment for the kids and has an ability to keep them motivated year after year!
My daughter's started here when the academy was in Newtown Park, then moved to Kill 'O Grange and now in Mountown, great instructors, friendly, the one activity that they still enjoy doing.
