We cannot praise enough The Owl Centre and we strongly recommend any of its therapists, with no reservations. Everyone that works for The Owl Centre (from its head, Nicola and the Owl's admin to all its therapists) is admirably professional and responds to any concern immediately, fully and empathetically. Being a parents for a child with SEND could be (and probably is) a minefield. Knowing The Owl Centre is by your side gave us a lot of confidence and support. We feel that they don't just provide us with therapy for our son (and us) but they are part of our family. We can see how our son develops and progress for the last nine years, and Owl Centre has a massive role in this progress. Thank you so much for everything!

Our son has ASD and was in real need of help with his speech and social communication skills. I contacted the Owl Centre and received a reply immediately. I had a lovely chat with Nicola who is one of the speech therapists and she arranged an appointment for us for 2 days later. Our therapist was Laura who specialised in children with ASD and who has been brilliant. We've always felt that our son's needs are being put first and we've seen great progress. As customers we feel valued, and the admin team is really quick to reply with answers to any questions we've had. I've told a lot of other parents about the Owl Centre, and I know that some have also taken up therapy and been equally impressed. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend it.
My daughter's speech was delayed and I didn't want to have to endure the NHS waiting list, so I contacted The Owl Centre. They were brilliant. My email enquiry was answered immediately and I had an appointment within a week with a therapist called Mary who was really knowledgeable, friendly and helpful. She created a programme for us, which has helped my daughter's development immensely. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend The Owl Centre, and found their fees very reasonable as well.
A very quick service provided by professionals who really care. Can't fault the Owl Centre. 5 stars.
