This pets at home is located in the retail park and benefits from a large car park to the front of the store. There is dedicated disabled parking bays and the surface is a good quality making wheelchair access good. The store has level entry with automatic doors making disabled access easy and the store has wide isles making access good for all customers. The store is light and well presented with a good stock level. The staff were welcoming when we entered the store and happy to help when approached. When we were at the checkout we were advised that there was some vouchers available for the items we purchased making our bill a little less. Thank you Ben, most helpful. Would we go back, absolutely.

Only limited number of customers allowed in at the moment, this being monitored at the door. Understandable given the current climate, but once inside you can shop normally, keeping in mind social distancing. Staff were polite, & helpful.

Very helpful staff, always been happy to order anything that may not be in stock at that time. Unlike some other places I've seen, they seem to genuinely care about the animals in their store - I've seen them refuse sales to customers who appear to not have thought out the implications of owning pets. Impressed!
