Had a very bad experience at chinatown outlet. I have paid for the order online and was assured by salesperson that I do not need to indicate any collection date and time. However when I went down to collect, I was told that the flavours that I have pre-ordered are out of stock. Was told by the staff to come back at another time to collect or choose other flavour that I didn’t want. Horrible service and staff is not apologetic. If you are unable to fulfill the exact order, then don’t accept advance orders and create disappointment for customer!

Tried orh nee and yuan yang. Loved the flaky and crumbly skin but filling for both orh nee and yuan yang (salty tau sar & spicy floss) was too dry. Will need water to ease swallowing. Staff wasn't friendly when they made fun of the customer in front of me.

First time buy traditional mooncake from this shop. Both sales girl just ignore and chit chat until I called them. When asking which type no egg yolk, their reply are all have. The attitude of sales service very rude and bad. Somemore the face like I no to buy it. I think not only quality of food important, but the service also play an important role.

Authentic traditional pastries, definitely worth the calories. Recommend the Yuan Yang (salty) and Yam (Sweet).

Bought the yuan yang. it comes with salted egg yolk. But the egg yolk is so little until you wont notice it. Everything was so dry and it was totally a disappointment to all of us. Will not buy it anymore. And the 2 ladies staff were really very rude, scolding customer behind their back. Should really train your staff.

Decided to try the new flavour:四点金 Essentially made with red bean paste, mochi, spicy pork floss and salted egg yolk. What a disappointment! The taste is too complicated and the spicy pork gloss is the Achilles heel. A case of of too many ingredients. Additionally, the rude and not too hygienic staff is a huge turn-off :-(
