I SO appreciate the precautions Elite Care at Fanno Creek takes to protect the health of their residents. I sleep better at night knowing that my mother is safe and well cared for. During the wildfires, the diligent staff including the director, Misty Whitmore, showed up to care for my mother and all the other residents every day, even when they themselves had been evacuated and were worried about losing their homes. Wow! I will never forget their commitment to service even in the face of the most challenging circumstances. Brings tears to my eyes.

Our Dad has been at Fanno Creek for over a year now. We had considered Fanno after hearing good reviews but Dad wanted to try out another facility. The first facility was a complete nightmare. We needed to move Dad out after 3 weeks. The staff at Fanno came to our rescue and worked with the previous facility to ensure his meds, care plan, etc. all were transferred. Fanno also did not charge us rent for 2 weeks as we had to pay through the end of the month at the previous facility. The food is good, care is consistent although staff turned over a bit post covid. Dad is participating in activities at times and loves to have his beloved cat live with him. I would recommend Elite Care. Four stars since I don't personally live there, I can't say it's perfect but we've been pleased.
I would not have these people take care of my Dog! A few of my complaints; - Someone stole my Grandmothers Engagement ring from her belongings (of course Management could care less). - Her last Caregiver was a young Male fresh off the boat from Nigeria. He was giving my Mother baths late at night by himself, even though I specifically stated NO Male Caregivers! - She fell out of Bed (two times) which required an ambulance to the hospital. I was not notified even though I am the primary contact. - The Fees escalated at a ridiculous rate. Fanno Creek continued to bill me three months after she passed. - I could rarely get the staff or Management to answer the phone or return calls, let alone speak to my Mother on a Holiday. ie Mothers Day. - I received a Monthly news letter with a picture of the Young CEO and his family enjoying life, which was ironic considering I could not even speak with my Mom on Mothers Day/ Christmas etc. the last years of her life!
My mom has been a resident at Fanno Creek for 6 months now, of the four places that she's been this is easily the best. Food is prepared and ready on time, every day, the staff is very caring and of the four places this is easily the best! Highly recommend.
Treats employees poorly and pay and hours are bad.
