While I initially had a negative experience with one of the service advisors, Danny G quickly rectified the situation. He responded to me quickly, looked into the matter, and then surpassed my expectations from the service department. While in communication with Danny; he was very polite, understanding, easy to communicate with and extremely knowledgeably about my vehicle. He is a huge asset to the company. I highly recommend Bettenhausen Chrysler Dodge Jeep for all your service needs.

Great dealer, good customer service but during a pandemic the sales people should really wear a mask and wear it properly. While i waited for the vehicle to get serviced one of the sales person was walking around with no mask coughing and sneezing. No regards to ones health. Bettenhausen of Tinley Park should really do a better job at enforcing their employees to wear a mask. I know they are uncomfortable and annoying but for the safety of yourself and others please wear a mask. Especially when there are customers in the waiting area.

Highly recommend Dave Martinez! Usually, you plan to spend a whole day at the dealership but not here. This was my second time going to him to buy a vehicle. He had the vehicle ready to test drive when I arrived. Showed me the break down of the numbers. Answered all of my questions with transparency. Once I made a decision, he got my paperwork going right away. I signed all the documents and he gave me the keys. Bing. Bang. Boom. There was no BS. Dave is experienced and knows what he’s doing. Extremely impressed and satisfied with my experience at Bettenhausen!

Jamie contacted me saying I had some equity in my 2016 Renegade and said she could get me into a newer one with a lesser payment. I admit I was skeptical at first, but when she showed me the numbers, I was wanting to do it. I left away happy getting into a newer Renegade with a lot of upgrades at a lesser monthly payment. I will always buy my cars from Jamie.
