I shopped on their site today and filled my cart with cheap T-shirts, which is what we needed. Ended up being a waste of my time! The online prices for the actual products are very competitive and their customer service is prompt - via online chat box. However, their shipping fee is too high. And to make things worse, the products are shipped from 2 different states which results in 2 shipping fees, neither competitive. On about 150.00 in products, my 2 shipping fees, selecting the cheapest fees, went over 50.00! So, I would love to have purchased from them but the shipping fees erased any product cost benefit they offered. I deleted my cart and continued my shopping somewhere else! Perhaps, it would be worth it if you can order above 1K….
Excellent service and turn around time. My shirts I ordered were exactly what I wanted. I will definitely be using RG Riley again and recommend them to anyone looking for bulk shirt orders! :)
