Too funny, i try an stay optimistic but the VA lives up to its reputation. Missed a call for a open burn pit registry, that i applied for 2 years ago. Caller doesnt leave a number to call back, so i call the topeka VA, who then directs me to either the red team, blue team or green team with zero explanation to what the colors represent. So i pick red, who directs me to someone else, who directs me to someone else, who directs me to the pharmacy. Hey thanks gang, good effort.

Went in for an x-ray...was a walk in appointment i showed up Tuesday at 4pm and took all of 10 min.. staff was very nice, efficiently took the x-ray and were knowledgeable. Over all a good experience. I highly recommend to all Veterans for low to no cost health care that meets ACA requirements

I have had several dealings with the VA hospitals in the mid west for everything from a stroke to a heart attack to blood clots in my lungs to cancer twice a vary bad back not once did I find the hospitals not at the cleanest and the staff as helpful as they can be.
