Best to let the chef decide for you. We greatly enjoyed the set lunch menu with a delicious, exciting meal. All in an equally wonderfully setting. This is a small restaurant that does not usually take people without reservations. When you arrive, you may find that the door is locked because they only take people with reservations who know to knock!

The space is intimate and cozy, and had our best meal in Turin here. Did a plin and tajarin tasting menu... which was 5 pasta courses that all told a story. Each dish was outstanding, and little bites in between courses and dessert were also excellent. Everything is homemade and the service is welcoming and awesome.
