A must if you visit Torino. The staff is incredible, the wine list is wonderful, and the food is absolutely inspired. The menu changes every few months as fresh ingredients change. Cannot recommend this restaurant enough!

Somewhat underwhelmed - the goose tasting menu, except for the main course, had goose meat so processed (smoked, boiled & minced, etc), that you could not really tell it was goose any more...
