All the services I have used here have met my expectations. I have tanned in all rooms, even spray tanned, which I really did not like on me, but have seen on others and was very nice. I have used red light bed, this seemed like it might of worked better when I used every day. I also have used the cocoon massage bed and that was wonderful on my tired legs. My main reason for going was to tan, and yes I have been very satisfied. The workers are knowledgeable and very nice!!

The customer service is wonderful. The only con is I wish they didn't ask to see my ID each time. It's makes me feel there is no rapport and that I am trying to fool a worker when clearly everyone knows me by now. That is the only con I have that is implement by the owners, other then that all the young's ladies are pleasant and I never had a bad experience with any of the booths. The place is very clean and comfortable.

Staff is great. Average cleanliness. Beds ok. Pricing is outdated and border line irresponsible. For someone like me that tans once or twice a month this place is no longer an option. They have made it so the unlimited package is the cheapest option. Which makes customers tan more than necessary. Not healthy. To purchase 1 session in the Matrix bed is 28. That is a lot. Considering the bed is very used and there are always at least 3 or 4 bulbs out. After being a customer for over 10 years I thought that maybe they could be flexible and work out a package that fits my needs. No such luck. Luckily I found another place that did work with me for a fourth of the price.
Very friendly and knowledgeable staff. Variety of beds. Clean and bright. Have "tanned" in many locations across the country and Down Under is exactly what is expected.
The cleanest salon ever! Everyone that works there is so sweet and such a relaxing and fun experience.
