Very accurate and great service with our phones. Would I suggest everyone work here? I wouldn't. To put it simply, I know a worker there for 26 years (he has worked longer.) It can be a demanding job. However, great insurance and good money to be made. But the stress the changing shifts cause is not to be laughed at. For so many years these men and women change shifts literally every week. Literally. Night shift this week, day shift next. It's not a job just anyone can do. Life spans are shortened, and no one seems to understand it. So next time you get mad at your weather man, know the conditions they work in. Its HARD! Weather updates at all times day and night. There is someone behind all of that working the wee hours no one else is awake at.

So far this has been the most accurate information that I have seen from any of several weather related websites. Just wish it would update more often. The weather does change quite rapidly but the update doesn't seem to happen until I asked for it.

It's nice to have the weather channel on my cell phone. It keeps me updated.

I love your service, and used to check it several times daily. But it only merits TWO STARS since you \upgraded\ your reader. The current male voice is thin, reedy, grating, the delivery is jerky and the effect generally unappealing. (Trust me, it's terrible and off-putting ! ! - so bad that it's hard to concentrate on the information.) The female voice, whose cheery \hello\ introduces the menu, would be great; or you could go back to the neutral (slightly robotic) male voice you had previously. I'll bet many users feel the same way but don't know how to express it. Please go back to the old voice or, at least, get rid of the current speaker! I miss not being able to enjoy the 881-3333 weather line as I once did.
