The initial visit was hugely informative - Asa explained everything clearly and calmly and when he and his team came to do the works they were punctual, professional and just got on with what needed to be done. My elderly mum had a bad infestation of bed bugs. I contacted Proton and arranged to meet with Asa at my mums house the following day. He assessed the situation and gave me an estimate. I left him a key to the house and I took my mum on the long journey back to my house. He did the first treatment a couple of days later, followed by the second treatment two weeks later, and he kept me informed of progress by phone. My mum is now happily installed back in her own house. Bed bugs are notoriously difficult to get rid of, so it's worth choosing a pest control company based upon reputation rather than price. I recommend Proton, and would definitely use them again (although hopefully will not be necessary).
