Happy to say that we have had nothing but a positive & great experience with this company and their product. We purchased the \Home Choice Engineered European Rustic Oak Flooring 14mm x 130mm Natural Lacquered\ for our spare room, soon to be nursery, to replace the scabby carpet that had long overstayed it's welcome! Delivery was punctual, friendly and dropped right to the door with zero issue. My husband then laid the floor down a few days later, finding it easy enough to do and without complication. We are both really happy with the finished outcome and floor really does look great great quality, colour and finish. don't let the negative reviews put you off like we nearly did, we had a great experience and would definitely buy again so go for it and make up your own mind ️

Has anyone had any dealings with UK Flooring Direct? My mother and father in law had underfloor heating installed over 3 weeks ago, told UK Flooring Direct what they were having installed when they ordered and were recommended a product to use. The heat is not coming through this wooden flooring, they have tiled flooring next to the wooden flooring which works fine. The heating has been tested and it is working. They have said they have looked into the flooring that was recommended and now are saying “it should work ok and its nothing to do with us” but it doesn’t. Ive sent pictures of the installation to check the flooring company installed it correctly and UK Flooring Direct haven’t come back to me in over a week. Its the only source of heating in the room and there are vulnerable people living there which they know. It just seems to be a very much sell it and then who cares mentality from them.
Excellent service from start to finish guy on the phone kept us right about how much we need he made it so easy they said it would be delivered a week from the time we phoned and the guy in the truck was at the door at 830am helped me in the house with the flooring following covid rules definitely be recommending these guys to others
DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY We have wasted 1,500 on this sham of a company and will need to get new floors fitted as their 'quality flooring' is not fit for purpose. We bought the Home Choice engineered wood in alabaster lacquered and the quality is dreadful. The floor audbily squeaks and creaks throughout the three different areas of our house this was fitted on. We complained to UK Flooring Direct and the customer service is abysmal to say the least. We have been passed from pillar to post when trying to communicate with them, hung up on, claimed they didn't get our emails, transferred round different team members on the same phonecall with no one offering to resolve our problem. We have completely wasted our money on these charlatans who want to make a quick buck with no desire for quality or customer care. It's suspicious their own website reviews seem to give them glowingly positive feedback. AVOID!
Utterly dreadful company with abysmal customer service skills. I received a completely different flooring to the one I ordered and therefore refused delivery from the courier, who by the way advise me to get in touch with UK Flooring Direct straight away, so I did. The company are refusing to send out my order until they have photos of said flooring from the courier. The company are aware that I need the flooring by Monday and I very much doubt I will receive the correct flooring in time. I am in possession of no product from you whatsoever so why can't you send out my order correctly? One minute I'm being told it will be delivered Monday, then I'm told by someone else I can have Saturday. Full of broken promises and I'm not being kept in the loop. What is taking so long for the courier to take photos?! Still waiting to hear back even when I was told Friday was the LATEST this would be sorted. Absolutely appaling.
