Dedicated care, but high turnover of CNAs, and short staffing. Nursing and admin staff very dedicated to the patients there. Excellent and very clean facility. Lots to do.

Food for the member is not cooked on site. It is brought in from the King Va which is about 2 hour away from Union Grove. Once a day. So it sits from the time it is cooked at the King Va to the time each meal is served. I think that is just awful and took my Dad back home to care for him at my house. Also they tell you there employees have worked there for years, again not on the sfloor we were on.
