I am extremely unhappy with this agency! I've been going on work and travel from 2013 to 2019 thru another agency. But since my agency stopped dealing with WAT programs I had to choose another one - usit colours. First of all their service is really bad. The whole procedure in general was super slow, we had to wait a lot more than usual. Second as we all know in case the program is canceled and the problem comes from the agency they are supposed to return you to whole tax that you payed for the program. In my case I didn't even get to the working offer approval by the sponsor. Since the programs were canceled due to to the COVID 19 situation the agency said I would be charged 200 fee for working on my contract which I never had anyways. I am really disappointed with the way they are making money out of the students by charging 200 each for something that is not the students fault. I would not recommend that agency to anyone!

Както винаги са на ниво. Преди кризата с коронавируса работих с офиса в Парадайс, но сега е затворен. Сега работя с този в Студентски град и мога категорично да го препоръчам.

Най-добрата агенция за \Work and Travel\ програми. Имат страшно много работни оферти на различни локации, цените са конкурентни, самолетните билети са със хубави условия. Като изключим тази програма то имат и хубави пакети за почивки, голяма гама от круизни пътувания и т.н.
Размислих. Въпреки приветливия офис и любезните служители, организацията е много лоша. Комуникацията с клиентите - колко неинформирани ги държат до последния момент или докато сам не се обадиш да питаш е крайно неуместна. В крайна сметка плащаш хиляди левове за тази бригада, за да те известяват в дни преди да изтече крайния срок за нещо, което ще ти отнеме поне седмица. Крайно разочароващо.
