This was a nice place but definitely not 5 stars. Don’t be fooled by the outside, the seating is in a nice indoor garden. They are known for their seafood and I wanted the whole fish but was somehow talked into the filet which was a rather small portion. The service was typical for the area. Overall a nice experience but a bit on the pricey side.

Wonderful restaurant. The courtyard garden is beautiful and a perfect dining setting. Very unpretentious but nice. We saw families with children, a couple with a dog, and one very large group. Staff was running for sure, but the food came very quickly. I thought the food was great.

Good local food in this place. Price was a little high. Disturbing things : nobody in the restaurant wear the mask (waiters and clients...). That was unconfortable for us.

A wonderful experience. We went for dinner. The food was excellent, amazing seafood, (we had the cozze alla veneziana, polipetti and the squid ink pasta) the restaurant is very charming, and I think it’s even lovelier at lunch time with all the greens. The staff was so kind and welcoming, we were the last guests and they didn’t rush us one bit. Definitely a go to restaurant when in Venice!

Beatiful garden, reasonably good food, but all killed by the staff walking there like in jail and rushing you out. They mixed up our bill and we had to ask two times for changing it, sicne first time the guy just throw it on the table and mumbled something and left.. Never felt so unwelcomed before.

We came here 15 years ago when we got engaged and had a magical evening. However, we couldn't remember what it was called. We visited Venice again today and completely by chance, found this wonderful place again. Great atmosphere and lovely food. The garden is a welcome oasis of cool, peace and quiet away from the tourists. Food is great and reasonably priced for Venice and such a characterful location. Will come again for sure (got the name now!)
