I was so glad in being able to get an appointment for my cat due to Covid and the receptionist that arranged my appointment was very helpful and understanding. My cat is very overweight, which is all my fault, but the vet explained the new food and the required quantity of the food that I have to give my cat very thoroughly and I have to bring my cat back to Vets4Pets to check his weight again. I can't thank Vets4Pets enough for their professionalism and for taking the time to see my cat.

Staff are very friendly. Surgical procedure was very neat and dog recovered well. I was kept informed of his progress and received a follow up call the next day. Oliver my dog is always very happy to attend the vet despite the fact that vaccinations / surgery /anal gland emptying are unpleasant procedures. He gets and gives a big welcome on each visit .

I brought my nervous wee cat to one of vets at Vets4Pets. I explained that she was very nervous but he didn't say anything. He couldn't even get her out of the carrier! He called in an assistant that was very 'loud'. After she let the door bang behind her, she proceeded to terrify my cat, pinning her to the floor. I could not take it any more and told her to let the cat go immediately. After getting back in the carrier, he duly charged me - not for her annual booster, but for his time! I will never be back. Incidentally, I took her to my usual vet. What a difference! Booster injections were given without a fuss. The vet used a small black blanket over the cat's head and it worked a treat. Since writing this review, Vets4Pets has replied below with the same attitude as the vet had with me. I was the one who insisted they stop the inhumane treatment of my cat. I even asked if she could have a sedative, which he said wouldn't help. He mentioned that I could possibly arrange a home visit, but he DID NOT offer to come to my home himself. It was indeed the only time I visited the vet in the Drumchapel store. I will never be back.

I can only give this vets 2 stars and that is due to the receptionist as they were very pleasant. I took my cat to vets4pets as she seemed to be in pain when eating. When at the vets my cat understandably was Scared and didn’t want to come out of her carrier. The vet and vet nurse kept trying to tip her out from the carrier which I thought was quite rough and not very professional. I explained the problem and the vet proceeded to check over the cat. The vet said she was unable to get a good look in her mouth but as far as I was concerned didn’t really try. I would have thought vets would have more experience in dealing with animals. After that she told me my cat would need to put under anaesthetic to check her mouth properly and before I knew it I had paid a deposit for another appointment as I felt I couldn’t leave without paying it.The vet then said that it could cost up to 700 as they might need to remove teeth. At no point did the vet explain exactly why she would need to go under and what I was paying for. Luckily my cat has recovered and is eating normally again without any unnecessary procedures. I would not go back to this vet as I feel they are very unprofessional and push people into options without explaining or giving a breakdown of what you are paying for.

All the staff were helpful and friendly. They explained my cats procedure and costs clearly and also gave a follow up call the following day to see how he was.
