Your State Representative is the best place to start if you have any questions about your government. I contact my Congressperson, my Senator and my State Rep on a regular basis for all kinds of help. The most competent and efficient feedback I consistently receive is from Deb Conroy’s office. And specifically Tina who usually answers the phone. Recently I had challenges filing for unemployment and was quite surprised surprised at how much information Tina knew. It was impossible to get through to unemployment, Tina reached out for me and I have received two calls from an unemployment representative. I was able to complete my application with the help of that representative and start receiving unemployment. This would not have happened without Tina’s intervention. I encourage everyone to call your state representative, they are there to help you. And as far as some of the reviews that I read before posting mine, they seem to be merely a reflection of the reviewer not getting one thing they wanted and don’t represent the whole of what Deb Conroy offers as our state representative. Thank you Tina and Deb for Consistently doing a fantastic job For your constituents.

Hey, Deb if you are so keen on Haymarket setting up shop, how about having them set up in your district and not ours. Itasca can't afford the strain on our infrastructure or community.
She has comments turned off and is not open to feedback from her constituents. Blindly supports her own agendas without doing requisite research or calling on new business to answer taxpayer questions. Most recently itasca residents only learned about the haymarket impending move thru the local newspaper. This woman is not someone i would support, for these reasons.
I have never had a state representative as amazing a Deb. She is the most down to earth hard working representative in Dupage county. After she came to my door and asked me if I had any issues or concerns within my area, I decided to search what kind of legislation she has passed. Completely blown away, I can not wait to meet her again. PS her office staff is extremely helpful with everything and anything!
I believe Deb Conroy has represented me, my family and our community phenomenally! Her track record is impeccable; she is the first legislator in Illinois' history to pass government consolidation legislation (less government woohoo), she passed legislation that extended the statute of limitations for child sex offenders and she has supported our seniors with legislation that preserves critical services like meals on wheels and she has carried a bill that ensures standards of care for those with Alzheimer's. Deb has systematically proven that she is great for our community and not just a puppet and that she is part of the solution in Illinois and not the problem.
