Be warned! They hold your debit card information in case your insurance does not pay. I explained upon being seen that our plan is a co-insurance and there would be some out of pocket and that Walgreen's sends a bill for anything we owe. Not a mention of anything from the disinterested young lady at reception. Fast forward to today and they charged my debit card with zero notice! NEVER AGAIN! I learned my lesson!

Not sure who the lady I saw was on Sunday 1/5/20, but have usually had good experiences here especially with Crowley. However, today was quite different. I went in with a sinus infection the lady I saw was very rude and proceeded to basically criticize me for being prone to sinus infections, which I do and have seen my allergist and family Dr for. Then after telling me “everything is antibiotic resistant” she went ahead and prescribed me an antibiotic for my sinus infection. She basically criticized me for having got the infection and being prone to sinus infections. I guess she doesn’t realize people go to the Stat Care because they are sick and cannot get in to see their regular Dr.

I had a very pleasant experience here. Yes I had to wait (close to an hour, maybe less) but once I got in, the NP was very thorough and did many tests before diagnosing me. She was sweet, I think her name is Maria. Girl at the front desk was nice too. I’ll be returning here for sure

They saw my daughter for upper respiratory issue. In and out quickly. Script called in. Staff was friendly and knowledgeable. Oh, and half the cost of the Cleveland Clinic across the street.
