I have used Wakefield Nissan branch for a while now and would like to say I have always had great service from Jeana and Shannon I know now there has been a new girl replacing Shannon which is a pity as I always enjoyed my visits when Jeana and Shannon worked together. I have been into Wakefield recently and would say things run much smoother and better when Jeana is there. My vehicle was fixed quickly and they even changed my appointment to a day earlier to help me out.I like the way I am dealt with and would hope the staff are recognised for the work they put in

Needed to up grade my car and was recommended a Honda CRV - found one I liked which was at Harratts Wakefield - Rob Jackson was amazing - talked through the whole process - the car itself - how it would be delivered - gave a fair price for my car - he was not pushy about the sale and made me really feel that I knew that the car would be a right fit for me. I found all the photos taken of the car and the written description accurate and sitting at home on the computer gave me time to really research the car. Once everything agreed paperwork easily emailed to me and despite there being a severe weather warning in Norfolk the car was promised for delivery within 2 days of purchase. As promised and at 0830 in the morning after a 5 hours drive from Wakefield to Norfolk my car arrived. The driver took the time to show me the basic controls even waiting to make sure I could start it and drive it - before he began the journey back with my car. The same day Rob gave me a call to check on the car and quickly answered a questioned I had regarding locating a control. I cannot fault the staff or service I have received - the car was outside at least spotless (cant blame them that the outside was a bit dirty after the journey it had been on) no unexpected marks inside or out - fuel in the tank. If I need to sell Nora as she is now called I certainly would go back to Rob. Thank you well recommended.

Great experience recently at Wakefield Nissan. Dale was friendly and helpful, and kept me well informed throughout. I got a really good price on my new car that included fixing all the little niggles that ensure peace of mind when used. Their 3 month guarantee also means that you feel much more secure with your decision. I’ve had a small, easily fixable issue come up and instead of making me drive back for an hour to fix it they’ve been great about letting me get the work done elsewhere, while still covered by them. Overall an honest, professional service and would definitely recommend!
