Always a killer workout with Ozzy but he somehow makes it fun. Compassionate, encouraging and so adept at explaining the body mechanics, Ozzy is the consummate professional. He watches your form ALL the time and changes up each class- you get into shape pretty fast! Ozzy and his team are all incredible – highly recommend them!
