Worst ISP I've ever had to use. The cable and internet are constantly cutting out for hours on end. I don't think a day goes by where the internet doesn't stop for at least a few minutes. Customer service has been pretty rude any time I've had to interact with them. Unfortunately this company somehow has a monopoly on my area and I don't really have another choice. Never thought I'd miss Comcast so bad.

They have very poor service for the quality of internet and tv you get, they never sent an email or called customers about line maintenance. Never would go with kuhns again

I have never gotten advertised speeds. I have a always chocked it up to these guys being a small local provider, and let it go. They charge more for their fastest speeds (150mbps) than what Comcast or Verizon charges for gigabit 10 miles away. I looked at it as a rural living tax, and let it be go. Now, during a pandemic, with people working and learning from home, I'm being told that a trouble call will take a week to schedule. Good customer service should be possible for a small local provider, even if the actual service is trash. I'm disgusted

The quality of the service is very bad. When I have issues they tell me it's because of solar flares and there is nothing they can do about it. I just have internet though then and I pay 120.00 a month just for that. I wish there was another service I could go with.
