I am nearing the end of the special offer and have just cancelled my gym membership ready to join Flow Yoga . I was made to feel welcome from the start. Instructors are friendly and know their stuff!! I am not very co-ordinated or super fit, I highly recommend coming along.
I’ve been attending Flow for a couple of months now, originally taking up the 60 trial month. I loved it so much I had to get a membership. There are so many classes on the timetable, the studio is beautiful, and has fantastic facilities if you need to freshen up to head out. The instructors are all so welcoming, helpful, knowledgeable and great, at what they do and there are often bonus classes or workshops on offer. To have a studio which offers so much, including reformer pilates, at such an affordable price is a rarity. I love it!
I am so glad I found this place. Clean and welcoming studio, just really great atmosphere. Amazing teachers! Knowledgeable, friendly and always challenging. Leaving the place feeling happy and energise.
This is a beautifully designed and welcoming space. From the cleanliness, to the layout, the classes on offer and finally the friendly, caring and welcoming instructors. Its a beautiful place to practice!

What an amazing Yoga and Pilates Studio :-) The facilities are awesome, the teachers are top class and everyone at the studio are so sociable and pleasant to be around. Highly recommend Flow Hot Yoga and Pilates :-)
Beautiful Yoga and Pilates studio with extremely knowledgeable, experienced and friendly teachers. Such a warm, relaxing and zen atmosphere. Great place to meet new friends in the chill-out-zone area.
