The overall buying experience was great. I started out with Grace on the internet and by the time we got to the store to actually purchase the car Grace was not there. We had no indication of what we were to do. Matt introduce himself and took over helping purchase the car.

Worst car buying experience ever. I confirmed information three times before driving two hours to find out the information was incorrect. After buying. I called 13 times in two weeks, leaving messages with the salesman, F&I Manager, parts, and sales manager and never a callback. I was promised floor mats four months ago. I've been told they shipped three times now over three months, and they still have not shipped. The vehicle was the dirtiest I've seen on a lot, and it wasn't even serviced. Absolutely every aspect was terrible. Response to owner: That is just a lie. I have never met the used car manager and the salesperson even admitted that the vehicle was disgusting. I understand the strike delayed the mats however the mats came in several MONTHS ago and I have voicemails to prove it. I have been told several time that they were in the mail just to call back weeks later to be told they will be put in the mail first thing tomorrow. This took place several time over the last few months. I am very patient and understanding however the customer service has been appalling.
